About

Rogue Rhino Foundations is a newly established non-profit organization started by our owner Mark Rhine. Our Foundation will supply the funds to distribute local food via FarmBoxes to underserved communities, local churches, and food pantries.

Why Now

From day one, Mark and Rogue Rhino’s mission has been to strengthen and support our community by providing fresh, pesticide-free produce for people from all walks of life. We have previously worked with the USDA and received grants allowing us to drop excess food at local food banks. The purpose of this Foundation is to become more independent of the USDA and government sanctioned food banks, while still providing for our community. Removing the middleman allows us to directly provide fresh produce to underserved communities, churches, and local food pantries without the hassle and wait time.

Foundation Introduction

The Rogue Rhino Foundation was built on a simple but powerful belief: everyone deserves access to clean, healthy food grown with care. In this short documentary, founder Mark Rhine shares the story behind the Foundation’s mission, from the challenges he witnessed in local food security to the inspiration that sparked our FarmBox program. Through his narration and footage from the farm, you’ll see why fresh, pesticide-free produce matters, how community partnerships make it possible, and what drives our commitment to serving families in need.

Kickoff Dinner Recap

Last night’s Rogue Rhino Foundation Kickoff Dinner at Rhiba Farms was a wonderful success. The cold and rain didn't slow us down. Guests gathered under the tents, shared great food, conversation, and a sense of purpose as we officially launched the Foundation’s mission: getting fresh, pesticide-free produce into FarmBoxes for families and partner organizations who need it most.

The turnout and energy were incredible, and we’re deeply grateful to everyone who braved the weather to make the evening memorable.

If you weren’t able to join us, there are still plenty of ways to be part of what we’re building. Donations directly support expanding FarmBox deliveries to underserved communities, and we’ll soon announce new volunteer opportunities and future events at the farm. Thank you again to everyone who helped kick off this journey. Last night was just the beginning, and we’re excited for all that’s ahead.

Benefits

This organization is directly operated by local farmers who know their community. Also, FarmBoxes are a wonderful way to give and receive food for both the farmers and the families. The farmers are able to adjust the produce in the boxes as needed based on the harvests and season, and families receive a wide variety of produce that they can use to make multiple meals throughout the week.
